Now that I read about it, in Twitter they're thinking it was probably a publicity stunt.
Kanye West/Taylor Swift VMA (what an ahole)
It doesn't matter why he did it. It still boils down to the fact that he made a young girl feel uncomfortable on international television, just to steal her moment and hog the limelight. It was selfish and stupid, no matter what the impetus." Now that I read about it, in Twitter they're thinking it was probably a publicity stunt. "
seriously, does he WANT white people to hate him?

That right there was enough for me to call that faggot a fucking racist.
Even now, so long after that thing, it still pisses me off to see him doing that.
"yadyada I'm black yadayada I don't get treated well because of that, nobody likes black people"
Way to set a fucking example of why we should like you Kanye.
And that thing there, seriously was all over the media, even here.
People were hating him, then going "all black people are like that. Fuck them" and that just pissed me off more.
Why on earth do people act like that? Can't we move them to a place where it's legal to shoot them?
*laugh* Oh, really? That's what being said? Sheesh, maybe there is such a thing as too paranoid? And are their respective record labels affiliated in some way?" @buzz_clik said:

just saying, after seeing it live, I totally agree with what Kanye did... for the good of music, Taylor Swift is known as a sellout whore, Beyonce deserved everything this year(checkout the video sometime, she dances her ass off and makes you feel like your watching something great, not like how it is with every pop star today)

I don't get the hoopla for it. And how is Taylor Swift a sellout? Who did she sell out to? What did she sell out?
God what an asshole! I don't care much for Taylor Swift but that was completly fucking uncalled for!
Although I gotta say, how sure is everyone that it wasn't scripted? Kanye was nominated for a bunch of awards, but he didn't win any, and considering that everyone knows if they are going to win any awards or not far beforehand it wouldn't be hard to arrange a weird douchy thing like that. It certinately got a TON of people talking about the VMAs and will come up next year im sure. Also Taylor Swift was ready to go on stage already when beyonce called her to come up to finish her thanks.
I am unsure really if it was fake or not, it seemed pretty real, but this is an industry where that kind of shit is done all the time because it makes money. Also why the hell did Jay Z not show up until 90 minutes into the show, you think he would have wanted to be there with his wife because she was winning awards and all that, instead he was chilling somewhere doing who knows what until it was time to leave in his motorcade? Seems really strange haha. Not to mention he got out of his car and went right onto the stage and started rapping? Thats unlikely.
And the same thing happened with taylor swifts song she did after the kanye thing, which also makes it more interesting because she was apperently she went on a subway after she left, started singing, got on the subway and had a weird singing party on the subway with lights, got off at the station where the VMAs were, and continued singing outside the VMAs, thats really strange to me.
So yeah, ithink Its all fake, although Kanye is a racist asshole, so who really knows. Regardless, I felt bad for taylor swift, I would beat the shit out of him if he did that to me.
I hate country music and really don't like Taylor Swift, but damn, what a fucking idiot.
He needs a smack in the face.
Ripoff or Homage, he used the same art style, not steal the story
and if you don't get Single Ladies video, then you just don't understand the concept of a good music video. Simple, and fun to watch while listening to the song. The Beyonce video is stripped, to just a gray and white room, and its just her dancing... most videos don't mind to use dancing, but that would just be for a limited time or with props. Single Ladies has three women dancing their asses off for the entire three and a half minutes, no gimmicks, nothing... it's a really classy video if you weren't such a cunt about it

Just wondering, it's cool tho'. No problems with that..
Neither do I have a problem with the people here having a hardon for Kanye. It's all good

What he he did was completely disrespectful and just immature.
" @ZeForgotten: not really, most of her stuff is crap actually, but giving an award to a two-bit hack like Taylor Swift is enfuriating to me when Beyonce's video is an iconic video from last year(The SNL sketch was great)Again, how is Taylor Swift a two-bit hack? Last time I checked, she wrote her own songs and played guitar, kinda making her not a hack.
ODB crashing the grammys was funny and somewhat playful, and at least Shawn Colvin got to do her acceptance speech afterward. Kanye at the VMAs was just sad, awkward, and mean spirited." Celebrities are funny. They get together and pat themselves on the back, and you can always count on one of them to take shit too seriously. Tonight that one of them was Kanye. Way back in the day it was Ol' Dirty Bastard at the Grammy Awards. "

Beyonce was pumped out of a pop factory to make crappy pop music. The single lady's song is rather annoying and I did see the SNL sketch, she stunk it up it only worked because of Timberlake and Andy. Anyway did you see the look on the poor girls face, she looked like she wanted to go crawl in a hole after his dumb-ass stunt.

"god not this guy again... 'facepalm'"
So after I heard about this long after it happened, my first reaction the VMAs still exist? Then I was like Taylor Swift is HOT!!! Then I proceeded to think Kanye West is a total bag o' douche and so I did a quick search. I found his back handed apology and found an interesting wikipedia page headline, it went a little something like this...

PS: This is the second time I am posting this exact same thing, but it seems this topic is more for the Kanye hate.
George Bush doesn't like Kanye West. Me neither, George. Me neither.
Next year, I'll be sure to tune into The 1st Annual Kanye West Video Music Awards, since his opinion is clearly most important.
By the way, look at how stupid his hair is.
Whether you think her music is good or not try imagining yourself in her situation. You just won an award for the music you work hard on making and some jackass comes up and in front of millions of people says you don't deserve it. I personally can't imagine feeling worse.

Is that really, like... "awesome" now? to have a kids drawing on your skull?
