I think that something is wrong with every single sucessful artist, besides maybe Radiohead or Weezer, although Weezer kinda has a weird delusion that they're better than they are.

So... nothing changed? As you can see, the people who hated him before hate him even more now, so all is good.
I haven't seen the VMAs since Krist Novoselic of Nirvana knocked himself out on stage. Most award shows bore me to tears and then when something unusual happens, it turns out to be an embarrassment like this. But Mr. West has done this before according to this Rolling Stone article published today. I expect all the talking heads on TV will use it as an example to complain about popular culture and someone, somewhere is going to link it all back to video games.
