Kodak ZI8 or Flip HD

I'm really getting tired of my older mini-dv camcorder, but I can only afford something on the cheap side.  I need to keep it around the $200 price range.  Does any one have either of these camcorders or could recommend a different option.  I'm really just looking for something that I can take videos of my kids, transfer them to my PC quickly and easily with a quality picture.  I wish I could spend $1000+, but that ain't happening any time soon.
