Imagine if tomorrow morning there was no music in this world? Now for all your analytical thinkers, I’m not talking about sound or speech as being considered music but, no hip hop, rap, R&B, jazz, gospel, classical, etc… No ipods, internet radios….nothing whatsoever. How dependent are you on music to make it through the week?

Some go to church just for the music, some can’t study or focus on a task at hand without music. Some people can’t even make it through a day at work without music let alone a week? Some use music not to think about important issues in their life.

What would you do to take the place of music? Are you addicted? Can you live without it?

I love music, but it is not my life. It's only that life wouldn't be nearly as fantastic without music...it would be livable but not as amazing

Agreed...music is like seasoning lol. It makes the meal taste better.

I agree, it would be livable, just more boring and not as much things to do.

Without music, life would be empty and soulless. However, I guess physically it's certainly possible to live without it.....

Why would it be lonely?

Oh another thing i would be curious about would be making music. If i woke up and started singing would i too vanish? What about those barbershop quartets? Would they vanish?

Responding to the topic, I would not want to live without music. Screw life from there, I quit. Music makes up everything I am. You take music away from me, and my life is an empty shell.
