Looking for vid from Jeff's twitter

A few months back, Jeff posted a youtube video (that was much older than that) that was a pretty funny song about bass. It starts with a black, English guy (and his scrawny white English companion) walking around, the black guy has speakers on his shoulders. They go up to an apartment and a kid answers the door.

I could go on but if you remember the video you already know what I'm talking about. So, anyone know what I'm looking for?

Even if it's not the right video, I highly recommend this stupid, ridiculous music video.
