Considering a triangle is one of the most basic geometric shapes and is probably the most commonly used one by humans in design and architecture. And vision is the sense that we use for more then 80% of our sensory input.
I would say the Illuminati chose their symbols well. They are only the most common symbols ever. You would be truly hard pressed to find a more common denominator. If I was orchestrating the greatest conspiracy theory troll attempt ever, these would be exactly the shapes I would choose. It's hard not to find them.

Damian: I was talking about triangles with an eye, did you even look up the logo? I know you might not have religious belifs or your anti religion, I am not here to change your mind, your mind is already made up.
