Mexico clash 'leaves 25 drug cartel gunmen dead'

The Mexican army says it has killed 25 suspected drug cartel gunmen in a clash near the US border.

Depends, though death is always harsh in any circumstance.

I doubt that these guys threw down their weapons and threw their hands up.

Mexican Drug Cartels are extremely dangerous...these guys buy 50 cal rifles from the U.S. (no, not the government dumbshits) and use them against the police forces down there (what's left of them)

They knew the risks, and the headline says it "Gunmen". If you pick up a gun to kill someone, you should be mentally prepared to die yourself.  
 
These people threaten politicians and their families, they're scum of the highest degree, no one significant will miss them.
