Most beautiful language?

Hey I was wondering which of the languages below is the most beautiful in your opinion? These are videos with speech and song, something disney is famous for :) Let us crown a winner, btw if you think there are better disney clips in your language post it.

English

Swedish

Russian

Spanish

Finnish

This looks like it's going to take a lot of effort. Are you doing a sociology experiment on what percentage of internet users will spend their time watching disney movies in different languages in order to reply to a forum topic, or is this just your natural curiosity leaking out?

I'd say Japanese. I know it's a nerdy answer, but there's something I like about how to-the-point it is. And just to piss off all the forumites reading my post:

Wait a second. You're asking me to watch a bunch of different Youtube videos of Disney movies in a language I don't understand while I'm browsing on a video game website?

I like Mandarin, sounds ancient.

Unless I am confusing it with Cantonese..too many languages in China to keep track of! (by too many I mean, like, two :P Right O_O? )

Actually I discovered disney movies by chance, there is a battle going on youtube which version is better. It's just entertaining to debate it. Russian really, how come?

The Romans used Latin so, it's got to be good.

Well personally I think swedish and finnish are the most beautiful languages. Swedish is like the best "viking" language and finnish is like real elvish...I have listened to a lot of languages and I have a hard time finding more beautiful languages...chinese is quite beautiful too.

I dig my native language, Finnish. The variety of slang words is fascinating and rich especially on the cursing side of things.

But Korean is beautiful, it's delightful to listen to especially when spoken by a gentle female voice :)

I really like all the scandinavian languages. Icelandic and finnish are like fantasy book languages come to life. Swedish is my own language and of course, I like it a lot and can't really judge it in the same way. And I also really like norwegian because it sounds so happy. Danish just sounds funny.

Apart from those I like spanish, fun language to speak and listen to.

I find German fun to speak and sing in, it gives me an excuse to sound angry! If I were to learn another language, it would be a toss up between Italian and German, as they seem the easiest to shift in to for an English speaker like me.

But, French is the language of love for a reason. I found learning songs in French very rewarding, phonetics and sculpting the words takes a lot of effort for me. And girls -dig- it when you sing to them in French that doesn't sound butchered. If I wanted to tank my GPA, I'd take French.

I always liked the sound of Japanese, dunno why, I find Norwegian to be pretty terrible, but that's probably because it's my main language.

I'm very fond of Japanese, Cantonese, Korean and French.

I kinda dig Korean. I have no idea how to speak it but it sounds real good. I also appreciate Icelandic, but that's mainly because Sigur Ros.

I think that Arabic is really beautiful too, both in it's totally bizarre (to me) written form and spoken form.

For me Japanese.

English is the best language to sing a song in but in terms of beauty of speech it's easily Italian. It has a bit more flare than Spanish and doesn't sound as snooty as French.

I'm from Bulgaria and I like English, German and Japanese... going to start studying german "soon" but not studying japanese anytime soon, if ever.

Norwegian is very similar to swedish, however I think swedish is a better singing language than norwegian. When it comes to speaking they are very similar. But I'll have to stand by finnish as my favorite followed by swedish. I hate german, it's such a ugly language. French I always get a dirty feeling from listening to...spanish to me sounds primitive...almost stupid. English is a great language but its not the most beautiful one. Japanese and all the asian languages are beautiful, but they are so far from my own language I can't possible say they are superior. When they speak chineses or korean I can't take them seriously...I respect japanese culture. But their language is not beautiful in my opinion.

There are many languages I haven't heard. But from the ones I have heard which is all of the western world's languages. Finnish and swedish are the most beautiful.

English is beautiful and flexible. I've always loved the sound of Japanese and Korean too, way before I became a jerk. And most of you probably never heard anything in Portuguese, but I think it's way cooler than Spanish.
