Name a game that you just finished in one game sesion
Apart from several Gameboy and GameGear games, I played through the original Half-Life in one session more than once, I had to play through the entirety of the first Resident Evil Survivor because, well, the game had no saving. I played through the first discs of both Final Fantasy VII and VIII in one session (VIII twice), and I played to the end of Metal Gear Solid 2 on the day I got it, then without a break started a new game and played a couple of hours more. Recently, we had a three-player go at Castle Crashers, I quit some time towards the last third, but the other two saw the game through to the end.
Interestingly, though I loved every minute of it, It took me about a week in very short bursts until I had seen the end of Portal.
Portal, Banjo-Kazooie, Donkey Kong Country. Never anything that would take over five hours though as far as I know.
Ok, here we go!
Crash Bandicoot 2, Arghh. My first Sit through, In my room with the speakers really low, I was fucked for the day afterward because I was 10,
GTA:Vice city, my mate and I did all the main story missions in i think 30 hours or something, He said the room walls looked like they were melting!
COD4:MW Exellent game, went by to fast though.
Spidey 2,
When I got my copy of GTAIV at midnight, I played it until I fell asleep when I reached the third Island,
MGS 3:Snake Eater, I reached the part were Snake lost his eye and collapsed on my controller,
MGS4:GOTP I watched every cutscene with my mate, It was epic, We were fucked!
Resi 4
Resi 5 Co-Op, We were so pissed both drunk and angry by the end of that run through, But it was fun nontheless,
Wanted. easy
A couple more, that are not really worth mentioning, A few PC games but these are definitley my top experiances in Gaming.
Starfox 64... or Lylat Wars, as it was in Ireland. I finished it on my first play.
I've always been sceptical of games reviews since. With the exception of this site, obviously.
Those cartridges were expensive. This didn't help with my Pre Milllenial Tension at the time.
I haven't bought a Nintendo product since, going on ten years later.
