If you are using Mozilla you can actually view how many times you have visited the site for each individual time you started your browser by clicking on the little site image to the left of your url bar and hitting more information. You can probably do it in chrome and IE, but I'm not to sure how. Mine is 267.

This. When I wait for raids and stuff to happen in WoW I pretty much go to front page, check forum posts, go to another site and then go back. I'm probably at over 20 visits a day.
