Need some help with the title of a game that i forgot.

So its a 2D fighter, pretty notorious.
Notorious because it is considered the most "gay" game ever made, the game itself is based on a anime or a manga and all the fighters are extremely buff and have very little clothing on, only male fighters of course.
I don't remember what platform it was on but it was from the 16 bit era.

I remember that episode of Broken Pixels very well...It is quite the "flamboyant" game.
