Fucking finally, seven year wait seems to be worth it though. Ep is pretty great. It's up on their bandcamp page and shit. Always nice when a long awaited thing is actually good and not a Duke Nukem/ Chinese Democracy shitheap (even though I get the feeling this ep has been eagerly awaited by like, nine people). If As The Roots Undo is on your top album list, go get this.
New Circle Takes The Square EP out!
Christ on a bike! This is the last thing I expected to see mentioned on Giant Bomb. But also, fucking finally indeed. To be honest I had stopped paying attention to the news on this release because it seemed like it would never arrive.
Thanks for the heads up duder! Like I said, genuinely (very pleasantly) surprised at both the record being released, and the fact that GB is the place I find out about it from.
Even if you aren't into this kind of music (hard to describe, like I said, give the album a listen) I heartily recommend that you give "As The Roots Undo" a chance. Stick with it for a bit and you will (possibly) find it to be fucking amazing. If nothing else it is quite unique, which itself is worth celebrating.
@Mowgers: you sir... have made my day
this band have been so far off the radar i figured they had split up, or gone on hiatus (like all the cool kids do nowerdays)
im about half way through the first song at the minute, its different, i like it
@StingerMK2: Yeah they bummed around a bit. A lot. I guess they all got married last year/ earlier this year, they had a bunch of drummers and Drew went to live in the mountains to grow vegetables. But they all got back together and recorded the full album in about three months or whatever. The ep is the first part of it, I'm given to understand. I just hope they tour it in the UK, I NEED to see them live.
