 Needs some work but finally got house here in NZ after renting for a while

Nice man, Looks like west Auckland,  
I used to live in Titirangi, BEAutiful there, Although if I could go anywhere in NZ and live I would stay in Kuaotunu, (Coromandel) 
Nice pool, May I ask what needs doing up?

North Shore - Torbay.
 
Few things.. Painting, curtons, walls, remove trees, clean and tidy, sort kitchen, new bath sinks in the bathrooms.
Later one some walls down and sort layout a little more etc.
 Pool could do with lights in the decking maybe, speaker system from outside, wifi booster so iphone and co work by the pool if signal not great (probably just use the apple airport for this)
 
Basically make it your home stuff.
