There's no specific time frame for when it goes up. It could be in the next 10 minutes or 10 hours. It all depends on when the editing is finished.

@alekss: Bombcasts don't show up in upcoming.

Nope. The joke started kinda randomly. Some dude say that on a chat and it snowballed from there. At least, that's what I think.
