What kind of uncommon fruits have you had?
Obscure fruits?

Durian, I win.
Why the fuck would you eat that shit? I cracked one open once and thought it had gone rotten. Turned out thats just how they are.
Umm, Blood Orange. Think its a hybrid fruit. Tastes like fruit punch and looks like an orange but its red on the inside.

@jewunit: @Atramentous: Once you get pass the smell, its not that bad! I just keep them in the fridge. I love making Durian smoothies and milkshakes, those are really good if you know how to make them correctly.
I had a bad experience with durian-flavored wafers. My girlfriend bought some at the local Korean market and she didn't like the taste. I thought they were alright, so we kept them in the car when we went to dinner. When we came back, the car was enveloped in the sweaty gym shoe-like smell of durian. Needless to say, we had to drive home with the windows down. It took two weeks and a strong air freshener to get the smell out of the car.
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH YOUR COLLOQUIAL PHRASES NOW? YOUR WORLD IS CRASHING AROUND YOU. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Um, dragon fruit, star fruit, and blood orange. Those are weird solid/fresh. I'll take their flavors in drink form since they were weird.
Weirdest thing I've ever eaten is Longan Fruit . I was hanging out with a friend once and she had a bag of them that she was just nomming on and told me to try one. It was the worst thing ever. Tasted like some kind of rancid medicine. Steer clear of longan fruit.

sharon fruit
AKA: persimmon
Seen them but never had one. I've heard people say they taste like semen, so I'm passing.
I've had dragon fruit which is overrated. I have a theory that most obscure fruits are obscure because they aren't as distinctive and delicious as the contemporary common fruits. They just sort of taste like sugary water with different textures and different levels of acidity or earthiness.
