So just now I was looking at the first videos that Giantbomb did under the features tab, and my only reaction is
Why don't they still do this shit?
My favorites so far are http://www.giantbomb.com/jeff-and-alex-are-in-the-movies/17-112/
and
http://www.giantbomb.com/call-of-duty-vocoders-at-war/17-102/
but nowadays all we see are quicklooks, etc., with the occasional mailbag. I think that the editors and staff here should take the time to do more ridiculous shit like this.
Also, the title/screencap thing for this video is amazing:

seriously...do more of this shit!
Old Giantbomb features
I've been watching alot of the old features since there haven't really been that much lazy, I guess their busy. But I would love more of these their always hilarious.
I have to agree, I still love Giantbomb but the only things I look forward to are TNT and Bombcast's, I used to love to come and see shit like the rap video they made in a basement and the coke chug contest was awesome, I even did a video and got it put on.
The Age of Booty Preview-ish was a lot of fun. I miss them too. You still get the mail bag video and stuff on occasion. But previews with developers are now treated like a Quick Look where you don't see the staff but only hear their voices.

Rofl the coke chug was hilarious, I can't believe I've never seen that video. I'm thinking about trying that out with a couple peeps lol. :P
I think they've said that E3 time is crazy town time. Besides, we got that awesome DS XL video not long ago, remember?

"Yeah, like once every 3 months. From what I gather here they used to do an "around the office" thing every week, if not more when crazy shit was popping off.I think they've said that E3 time is crazy town time. Besides, we got that awesome DS XL video not long ago, remember?

" @JJWeatherman: Rofl which app was he using? I really wanna try out autotune on the PC but I can't figure out how to install it. "I think it's called "I Am T-Pain" or something similar.
I'm making something in photoshop about it right now. We'll see how it turns out. :P

Indeed. I guess you can blame it on the ER, and E3 coming up in a few weeks, but once it's all over I would like to see a return to this kind of thing. I loved all those old videos and they are the reason I stayed when I first found this site.
Most people come to this site for the editors personalities, and right now the site is lacking in a lot of content that showcases their personalities. Even just some stupid thing like pick up a camera and record a discussion they have with one another and make a short ten to fifteen minuet video bombcast every few days would be a lot for most people. Just pick something from the headlines and record each others opinions on it for ten to fifteen minuets. Hell it could be as random as discussing why you think character X is better then character Y or what your favorite pizza topping is. The average user on here is like a creepy stalker guy. They are just happy seeing you guys talk about anything, as long as your being seen they are happy.
