Both fighters promoted by bob arum right? 2 fights are better than one for a promoter.

Damn phone won't let me edit.. I watched the fight and pacquiao dominated but it's all money and almost dead at this point so they want to milk the top competitors for as much cash as possible before boxing fades into obscurity. And they can't even fuck up their own sport right.

Didn't Arum pretty much acknowledge that the decision was botched and say that he will make more money this way but it was still shameful?

As an outsider who vaguely pays attention to boxing occasionally, it just seems to be one farce after another.

Was the call that botched? I can see the rematch bringing in a lot of money.

Boxing's been just as predetermined as wrestling for ages.

The most shocking swerve ever.

Hmmm thats why I watch UFC and gaming streams instead of boxing. While the fight was going on I had more fun wtching the MLG KOF 13 Grand finals and the UMVC3 money matches in East Coast throwdown while hundreds of thousands of people were also watching LOL and Starcraft 2. Boxing has started to become irrelevant.

This is way boxing is going by the wayside and MMA, more specifically why the UFC is so popular. Boxing by all appearances is corrupt with people trying make all the money they can off of it before it totally goes under. There's no respect for the sport anymore.
