This seems like a very elaborate joke, but I have to say a game that accurately depicted one of the most inhumane periods in modern history would certainly be interesting. It's a topic we tend to stay away from due to the fear of it being too offensive, some people tend to act like slavery is something that never actually happened and we should just sweep it under the rug.

Looks like a fake game, and the consoles don't allow AO games on their platform so that will never happen.

Sounds a lot like that Concentration Camp management simulator that came out in the early nineties (I'm not kidding, this actually exists!).

Is that the voice of the movie-trailer guy? I don't know his name, but... y'know, that guy... who performs VO's for a lot of action/thriller movie trailers. I also recall him as a black man, too, so shupa irony if it is him. Plus more fuel for the ''it's a joke'' fire.

I totally thought of that when I seen this thread.

The whole "Coming soon!" thing at the end of the trailer is a pretty big tip off that this is fake, i'd expect something more solid than that if it's already been rated by the ESRB, but who knows?

"The videogame" part is what makes it seem fake to me , why wouldn´t they just call it Slavery? if they are already saying it´s a videogame , that line comes when said IP is releated to another media right? like a Movie or a Book.

It's got to be fake. Sony definitely won't allow an AO game on their system, since they wouldn't allow Manhunt 2 on the PS2 until it got an M rating. I don't think Microsoft have actually made a public statement about that stuff before, but I would be very surprised if they didn't take the same stance Sony and Nintendo did with Manhunt 2. Sony & MS's logos are at the bottom of that page, along with an AO ESRB rating. Therefore, it's fake. Gotta be. No question about it. I wouldn't be surprised if MS and Sony take legal action against that dude for using their logos on the website.
