ok i bought a game from steam and the download keeps starting over from zero it im sick of trying to let it download its been 3days it has not downloaded so i have 2 questiens 1. is there a way to fix this problem 2. is there a way to get my money back from steam
I've never had this problem myself, though I do have to keep re-installing one game every now and then when it won't start. I can only suggest you ask those guys at steam tech support.

Steam forums are always a big help. Valve has a pretty strict policy of "no refunds", though there have been a few, and I mean only a few, cases where they've broken the rule for extraordinary circumstances, I'm certain they'd rather solve your technical issue, then just call it a loss and give up.
