The Dark Knight Rises title in alternate universe?

What if... in some crazy alternate universe in which Tim Burton never made Batman Returns and Frank Miller never created The Dark Knight Returns.... would Nolan's third movie in the Batman franchise been given one of those two titles?

Of course this way of thinking totally neglects any effect both of those works have had on Nolan's installments.
