wow another dork hating on the dark knight just because of everyone else actually likes it.
its like those guys who hated on the patriots just because they were really amazing. or when you live in, lets say philly, and you see a guy walking down the street wearing a cowboys jersey.
people just hate on it because they're mad (for no reason) that it got so much hype, and then lived up to it, or exceded it in most people's minds, and then they go watch it trying to find things not to like about it.

The Dark Knight was an incredible film, with awe-inspiring acting from Heath Ledger, and top-notch special effects. You hate TDK in comparison to what?

Maybe he didn't like it simply for the fact that he, I don't know, did not like it? Just because he says he hates it doesn't mean he hates it because others like it.
Although he is a couple months too late in the whole dark knight debate...
I typed words "I HATE THE DARK KNIGHT" on Google just after ive seen the movie and this thread was one of the results. Only kids and the dumb can be impressed by this rubbish. The first movies of Batman were great but they found a great way to earn money by remaking the story with Joker (the guy who had the role of joker was the most pathetic in the whole thing) and putting some awesome special effects in the movie. Of course they counted on the stupidity of lots of people and the dozens of kids who are easy to be impressed with special effects and some pointless cheap statements of the main characters. Its just like the Terminator 3. It is an exploatation of a great movie, but it itself is rubbish.

That's your opinion, don't force it around...and, judging from how many people like the Dark Knight in comparison to how many people don't like it, some may as well say that your opinion sucks.
The Dark Knight is arguably one of the best movies ever. Heath Ledger's performance is unparalleled no one will ever be able to match that. The score was incredible. Their use of CGI was incredible, because you never realized when they used it. Also every cast member gives great performances. The script is really well done. The movie is perfect in every technical aspect.
