I'd probably say Joseph Gatt. Look, he already has the wrench and "hazmat" suit down.
But seriously, though. His character "The Man" on Z Nation very much feels like Agent 47 to me.

There is a terrible B-tier action movie called Interview With A Hitman that I saw a couple of years ago, and the lead actor Luke Goss I think could play a decent 47 if he got rid of the facial hair and maybe got slightly more buff.
They had Timothy Olyphant and an R rating but still couldn't make a good Hitman movie. Honestly just get the Crank guys to direct and Jason Statham to star as Agent 47 and just lean really heavily into the wackiness of the new game. Fuck it just make Crank 3 already!

I couldn't deal with Olyphant as Agent 47. He just did not look the part. Statham, on the other hand, I could totally buy. He's got a menacing air about him that Olyphant just does not possess.
Honestly? Not a 'perfect' casting but I reckon Vin Diesel could give it a fair go.
Nothing against Vin Diesel but I think he looks a bit "too nice".
@void: Maybe Vin Diesel can play Helmet Kruger
@captain_insano: Haha. Then we just need one for Jason Portman as well and the movie is a go.
Edit: I totally forgot that Vin Diesel has a twin brother.
@bbalpert: I did consider Pitbull especially for the Sapienza look. Good pull.
@bbalpert: dale
Ed Norton.
