The Hangover might be a rip off buts its world apart from the Wild Hogs which is, quite frankly, shitfuck rubbish.  If it wasn't for some form of imitation then we wouldn''t have a lot of what we have got now.

I don't think Coldplay ripped anyone off. A generic chord progression is hardly stealing.  
 
I didn't accuse my neighbour of stealing my idea when they painted their walls white.

i think gaintbomb ripped off gamespot. jeff was part of gamespot then he comes to gaintbomb. they review video games and things.

Those character types were known cliches long before Wild Hogs came out. Plus, The Hangover did what Wild Hogs tried to do, and they did it a lot better.

Anthony Kiedis ripping off Mike Patton, then Patton responding with this hilarious show.

I wasn't denying it personally, I don't have an opinion on the lawsuit at all.  I don't care for most of the work from either band. "

thats the problem right there.. do you have to care for the bands to see a rip off when it happens? i'd have no respect for you if you admit the rip off BECAUSE you like/dislike one of the bands actually, now i know that you're neutral, your opinion matters more. listen to both songs.. cant u see the striking resemblance ? "

Pearl Jam ripped off Stone Temple Pilots. It's usually said the other way around, but based on the timeline, STP had a demo that sounded a lot like their first album, Core, just before PJ even came together. 
 
I honestly don't believe either group ripped off the other, but it's a musical pet peeve of mine to say STP ripped off anyone.

Hours worth DLC for 8 bucks.
And most DLC in general.
Or for a real rip off try those goddamn avatar clothes.
A girl can't even make herself look good in the virtual world without having to spend 10 bucks on it >.>

Black Sabbath 'ripped off' Cream and Led Zeppelin.

David Bowie ripped off Vanilla Ice for the Under Pressure bassline.

Dante's Inferno had I of payed full price for it would be on the list, but since I got it for $15 I liked it. The most recent one in memory would be buying Brutal Legend the day it came out. Oh, and Prototype. I still have no clue whatever made me want to go buy that game...
