So a while ago at work, someone told me I need to watch this movie. He said that, by far, this could very well be the worst movie ever in existence. Ever. However, the told me that because it's the worst movie, it is one of the most entertaining movies ever made. That movie would be "The Room."
The movie was directed by a foreign man named Tommy Wiseau. It cost him 6 million dollars to make. Apparently, it's a serious attempt at a sort of.... movie I guess. The plot in a nutshell is some guy's getting married, and his fiancee cheats on him.... wait that's not in a nutshell, that's the plot. Anyway, only lols can come of this, due to the terrible acting, script, and just plain stupidity and retardedness. However, it all folds in to be one of the funniest, yet terrible movies I've ever seen. Apparently this movie is starting to become more popular and gaining a cult following. It has so many memorable lines. Everything about this movie is just awesome. Here's a trailer, and go see it if you haven't.
The Room
This is the greatest movie of all time.
And as much of a fan of rifftrax as I am, I don't recommend it for this movie. This movie is actually so hilarious that putting rifftrax over it detracts from the experience. It's like putting carrot top over top of watching your favourite comedian. No offense intended to the rifftrax people, but definitely watch it without them the first time, then watch it after. Unless you're watching it alone, in which case, it's up to you. But I don't recommend doing that either.
Several people suggested it to me recently in a post I created asking for some "So bad it's good"-movies.
I ultimately decided not to go with this movie, mostly because I don't think drama will make a good "so bad, it's good"-movie in a party of people that's not necessarily consisting of film-nerds.
Personally I'm intrigued by the movie, and now that I'm aware of the movie, I might pick it up if I come across it for cheap.
" I'm planning on buying the Rifftrax for it soon. It was the only way I was able to get through Twilight and New Moon, so I'm hoping that they can make this good too. "@Pinworm45 said:

It sounds interesting.
