These forums are complicated!

Like every single small thing get it own forums. Must other forums are much smaller than that. Good heavens just took a glance at the boards while typing this and saw "Hamburger" You get a freaking whole forum about hamburgers!?!1!! There are too much forums in here that some are hidden, had trouble finding Monster hunter Tri forum myself.

Just saying that my small mind cannot talk all that. There is something to these forums that makes me really love it yet hate it. Can someone set my mind please.

You'll get used to it. I think it was a bit weird for everyone when the site launched.

I'm adjusting. Somehow. It feels like puberty all over again, what with the hair in funny places and all.

I thought that the forums were too complex as well, and it's part of the reason that I didn't post on them much since I signed up last year. And now I feel like I've missed out on so much of the site. Simply click Forums to find all the forums and see what have been the most recently used threads. These forums are really slick once you learn them a little.

I'm going out on a limb and saying this person should spend some more time on the site before concluding that it's fucked.
though it's a little complicated, it's not hard to "favorite" a forum and just have them pop up when you need it.

I agree, browsing the forums is pretty unintuitive.
 
Having game discussion so fragmented and split across the entire board also ensures that any discussion about a game will reach 10 post at most.

It's totally intuitive.  The whole site is structured around the Wiki.  If it has a Wiki entry, it has a forum.  Find the Wiki page using the Search bar, then hit 'forums' in the menu on the left of the page.

You will get used to them with time, and then all will be good. Change is always hard.
