Things to do at work.

So I'm at work, it's one of those days that just seems to drag on. What are someways you get through the day EXCLUDING Giantbomb.  
One thing I constantly find myself doing is refreshing all my feeds on Google Reader.

Read ALL the news. I was on a roll until around 1pm..now I'm totally wasting the afternoon.
