sorry man.I'm new to giantbomb. I made a discussion then I created a poll. I hit submit then my discussion disappeared.

You can't add a description to a poll while you're creating it. You also can't edit a title of a thread, blog or poll after it's posted. You can always edit your first reply to this poll if you want to specify what you were asking if you don't want this thread to get locked or something.
