Toss your butts

I have a pet peeve lately. The more I see it the more it drives me nuts. It's smokers who seem to think that a cig. butt is not trash. They flick it out the window while driving, or on the ground while walking. Sometimes they throw it on the ground even though a receptacle is right next to them. Do they think it's not litter, or they don't give a shit? It's fucking disgusting. Anyone else bothered by this? 
 
By the way, people spitting on the sidewalk and snot rockets are a close second and third.

I don't like it, but it's not that disgusting.

Littering is still littering. I have to see that shit every day in school. I don't want to despise them but what can you do when there is no tray or trash can?

But, snot rockets feel so good haha but you have to do them low key.

it takes like 2 years for the butts to go away. i think that it is still littering.

It doesn't really bother me. 
However pocket ashtrays used by Snake and our beloved Detective York are always a sign of class.

I'm a smoker. Generally I look for somewhere that's made for specifically cigarette butts, but since health purists and general fascists want to keep adult people from making their own choices, I guess they've started removing them to not encourage smoking, meaning there aren't really that many left. 
 
I don't really want to throw it in the trashcan. Sure, I can stomp it out on the ground and then throw it in, but what if it catches fire? 
 
Maybe that's just some weird OCD I have. So, generally I just throw it and stomp it out. 

I find it annoying.
