I don't think so beyond the most recent page. If you go to your profile and choose "<Username>'s Wall", you will get the last bunch. Not sure if you can see beyond that anymore though.
If you know the person you are looking for, you could find them and click "See Wall-to-Wall" and see all your posts between you two.
Oh, another option would be to look through your inbox, it logs every single wall post as long as you don't empty it.
Other than through your inbox (assuming you haven't deleted anything), not that I know of.
Also slightly off-topic, but still profile related; I'd like an easy way to see who's following me. It shows how many, but unless I go through my PMs, I don't know who they are. Perhaps a simple "Who are they?" link under the number that goes to a list.

Yeah, but that tab used to just show us a list of the topics we've created ourselves rather than all the posts we've made.
On facebook I assume? Yeah go to their profile and view your friendship. It shows every interaction between you two. It shows more then wall posts, but you can find it there.
