Is the internet already existent? If that is the case, I would bring a really nice restaurant (The Palm, Morton's, etc.), a high end PC with internet and unlimited Steam access as well as all the music I have on my iPod an then some and a hell of a lot of movies (all 1 item), and a brothel ;)

If I'm just playing along and wasn't bringing stuff that would get me off the island, I'd bring a computer with internet access, a never-ending stick of chapstick, and Wilson of course.
If there's already electricity then I would bring a house, a PC, and a copy of Descent - Freespace: The Great War and if the game doesn't count then I would bring a N64(mostly just so I can play Jet Force Genimi)maybe I would bring my Xbox instead I'm not really sure. Might be bearable if I had those three things.
However, if I could take along something that could potentially get me off the island. I would first choose a Starship(like the Ebon Hawk for instance), the second thing I'd take with me is the Medium - Colossus IX armor from Mass Effect, and the last thing would be Liara T'Soni I always enjoyed having conversations with her in Mass Effect. I can't imagine how awesome it would be to have a conversation with her in real-life(and yes the occasional naughty reasons as well). With a Starship,Colossus IX armor, and Liara, I don't think I would ever return to Earth period.

A Teleporter and Two Trillion Dollar checks. And before anyone says anything stupid, I'll be teleporting the island I'm on anywhere I want it to be. Hey, I need to get something out of my bedroom BOOM! *teleports me and the island there* Hey I need to refill on some jelly filled donuts BOOM! *teleports me and my island to a donut shop*
