What did you think of The Walking Dead?

My worst fears...they are gonna drag this show on. 
 
I saw a stream of it on a site I can't mention, and as with the comic...I'll watch more of it as it goes on.  I HATED the first Arc of the comic, so I'm going to hate the first season of this show. 
 
Goddamnit, just get to the Governor ASAP.

Wow. It was SO GOOD.
I've been a huge fan of the comics for a while and i was really hoping the show would deliver. It totally did. It was pretty faithful to the source material overall and the cast did a great job.
I am really happy with what I've seen so far. Super hyped for next weeks episode.

I didn't see it yet since because it comes on in 30 mins and I want to see it in good quality?

I don't think I have the channel it's on. Hopefully somebody puts a torrent online tonight so I can stream it to my 360.

i'm watching it right now. so far it is pretty good. i hope to watch this show for now on. is this show going to be on sunday at 10pm eastern every week? a lot of times i watch something and the times change so i miss a lot of shows.

I know nothing about the comic, but I really enjoy the show.... 
 
It has a real huge No Country For Old Men vibe to it... maybe because it seems to have no score whatsoever

I was out tonight so I didn't see it but I'll be sure to check it out soon.

Must find an alternative route to watch it because I don't have cable.

Simply amazing. I hope this show goes on for 84 more seasons.

Loved it, as for what they can pull off in the show. Well one scene showed a little zombie girl getting her brains blown out and they showed everything. So I have faith they will stay true to the more graphic stuff.

That was really fucking good. I'm going to watch the rest of this show for sure.

It was soooooo goooood. I love the comic and now I love the show.

The beginning scene with the little girl was very surprising. The horse getting ripped apart was also surprising. They are definitely going all out with the gore in this show. I love it.

I enjoy some old-fashioned slow-walking zambies. I watch very little on TV as it is, but I can get behind this.

Really strong premiere, can't wait for next Sunday. I feel like they captured the right atmosphere really well

 
The production value of was amazing. show that comics can be adapted to tv withut be campy. i cant wait for the next episode.  
they captured thr essence of the comic especially with Rick's mindset

I thought it was a pretty fantastic premiere.

It was okay.  A little slow, but I have faith they're gonna pick up the action shortly.  I kind of/sort of am looking forward to the tensions that are gonna arise between the sheriff and the deputy.
 
But I agree, there need not be any of this dragging-out bullshit.

I loved the scene where they were cutting from Rick and the zombie in the park to Morgan and his wife.
The music and the performances were so great. That was one of my favorite parts.

Loved every minute of it..the little boy was kind of annoying but hes already growing on me! 
plus hes such a cutie & it was so funny watching him dance in the shower =] 
I have to admit (SPOILER ALERT) I was pretty frickin sad when that horse got torn to pieces & eaten =[ *tear* 
I can't wait to see more of the show tho..
