What is GB's stance on Tosh.0?

I've only watched the show twice, but I feel like it kind of cheapens the experience of the internet so the mainstream audience can be exposed to it. Instead of learning about memes and viral videos from forums and the internet, people that don't even know what a forum is can watch them too. It really started to bother me today when I referred to a horse as  "Sarah Jessica Parker." I was explaining to the class what I meant, and one kid said "Oh, he's just stealing jokes from Tosh.0." What is Giant Bomb's opinion on this and his show, in general? To me, memes don't seem as funny when even the bros know about them.

I enjoy him. Some of the parts of his show are funny. His stand up isn't that great but I still find it entertaining. 

His show is not funny at all.

The forced laughter of the audience makes that show painful to watch.

I found reading the responses quickly one after the other hilarious.  Also, he's ok.  Also, let's end this whole bros vs. gamers sentiment that makes it seem like we're locked in some never ending struggle with the jocks from highschool.  We're not in a clan.

I think the show is funny, and its nice to see funny internet clips without having to trawl youtube going through the thousands of completely idiotic ones.

I think I only watched like 1 episode and thought it was kinda lame, but I really like Tosh's standup.

I have mixed feelings for the show, kind of a want to hate it, sorta hate it, but it makes me laugh at some points and it's alright but it isn't all that good. So basically, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

I'm no fan of the show, but really? Memes aren't some sacred cow or something you can remotely say has any value beyond being funny for about 5 seconds. I'd say the internet and the people that use do a much better job of "cheapening the experience" than anything Tosh.0 does. "

I should hate this show but I can't stop laughing at it. I don't know why.

Theres some geniunly funny stuff on the show. I can't really see how you can cheapen something like a viral video anyway..

i don't like when I make up a joke and people say hat Mr. Tosh said it on T.V. last night, but I enjoy the show itself

meh, I think it's okay but I'm not that into it. It's hit or miss.

 I enjoy his show. About the memes thing, though, it seems like they are brought up long after they were created. I know this is definitely the case with a lot of the videos that are shown. I find myself usually saying, "Yeah I saw that like two months ago but it's still funny. And usually his commentary adds to the humor, as dark and twisted as that may be sometimes.

His show is decent; his stand-up is better. 
 
Growing up in a upper middle class to upper class suburbs and living in places like Orange County for my adult life, I too like to laugh at the misfortunate, downtroddened, and poor. 
 
I just don't understand why people who complain about having no money can't just go out and get some.  It's been very easy in my experience.

I've been a fan of Daniel Tosh's stand-up for several years, and I think he is one of the few comics to make a fairly good transition to television, and specifically Comedy Central. I would not put him in the vein of Dave Chappelle, mostly because their shows aren't that comparable, but his show is well done and the writing is solid.

I saw part of an episode once. Didn't like it.

Sucks.

He is quite funny but some of the videos are just dumb.

Tosh.0 is pretty much "Youtube The Movie"

I find it actually kind of embarassing to watch. It's really lame and like you say, these things are meant to be found out on the internet and forums on your own, not from some guy sputing it as if it was the news. 
 
The only reason I've ever seen it is because a few friends of mine are obssessed. I prefer to watch something like Hotbox or Tim and Eric Awesome Show.
