The original Mario Bros on a NES in a friends basement.
Her and I had been playing "Doctor" with our clothes off, when we heard one of her parents coming down the stars. So we had to quickly put on our clothes and to not look suspicious we turned on the Nintendo and pretending like we had been playing it. When her parent left the room a few minutes later I wanted to keep playing this Mario Brothers thing instead of going back to playing Doctor with her. That Christmas I got a NES and my addiction to Video Games was born.
Of course, if I found myself in that same situation now as an adult I think I might have held off on the Super Mario for a little while and gone back to playing Doctor with our clothes off first.
I think Super Mario World, Donkey Kong Country of Street FIghter II: Turbo. I don't actually remember the first time, but those were three of my earliest ones.

Master of Darkness for the Master System, absolutely amazing game. Imagine a linear Castlevania set in Victorian London, with guns, boomerangs, foxes, zombies, Dracula, and fucking killer music, and you have imagined Master of Darkness.
I dont member to much so I'm prob wrong but I member being like idk 4 or 5 and I was obsessed with this 1 powerranger game an everytime I played I always wanted to be the pink ranger =\ lol it prob wasnt the first game but it was close to it =P go go power rangerssss!!!!!!!!!!!
I didn't really play console games until I was a little bit older and the N64 had come out. The first game I remember playing was probably Sam & Max hit the road. I remember the humour in that seeming so crazy and sort of edgy to me at the time. I also remember playing Myst around the same time but that was totally incomprehensible to me and I don't think I got very far in it.
