What is the worst kind of physical pain?

While a hit below the belt causes quite excruciating pain, more long-term pain for me are tootaches. In fact I'm having one right now. I fortunately never experienced the breaking of the bone or tearing of the muscle so I can't attest for that. But damn teeth can hurt pretty bad.

Back and neck pain is the worst because it just wears at you and causes all sorts of other problems. Toothaches are next for the sheer intensity.

What? Why is testicle pain winning? Sure it hurts quite a bit. But many of the things on that list are a whole lot more painful. I would much rather get kicked in the nuts then get a really bad burn for example.

I've never been burnt really bad, but I've been kicked in the balls, so I voted for that.

Getting his below the buckle isn't that bad. Headache's are my weakness. I get horrible Migraines that drive me insane.

Testicle burns.

I'm going to assume it's birth pains.  Testicles pains hurt a lot, but imagine passing another person through a hole in your body.

I've had back pain to the point where it hurts to move in anyway because if you move anything in your back its excruciating.

I had a lung collapse and the chest tube being pulled out was the worst pain I had ever felt. I would rather have my balls slapped repeatedly than go through that again.

Throwing out your lower back even once gives you new perspective on pain.  Though I'm sure there's worse.

I'd say giving birth to a baby that then kicks you in the balls after being born. Trust me, it can happen.

I've suffered from Migraines all my life, but that isn't the worst type of pain. 
Bamboo shoot under the finger nails, slowly but surely...There's a reason they use it in torture.

I've never giving birth so i don't know how that is, but getting kicked in the balls fucking hurts.

here is my painful description of the most painful thing ever. 
 
someone burns  there name onto your neck. and just after the burns start to blister he scrathes thems. 
next he jabs a syringe filled with medicine into the hole at the tip of your swazoo. 
he pulls it put quickly 
he then injects it into your eye. 
then he sets you on fire.

My idea of worst pain changes, but it can be summed up as anything that is hurting internally that I can't grab onto in hopes that it will feel better because I'm holding it. I honestly can't think of pains worse than the pains I get when I get stomach aches, I've gotten the little slice cuts in between my toes, I've been kicked in the nads had cavities/burns/broken arm fallen on my head from a tree etc, but I never hurt more than in my belly.

this one day i was in the shower, and i don't know why, but my dick just hurt really bad. i started to get paranoid that i was gonna have kidney stones or somethin. fortunately it was nothing like that, but take good care of your nuts guys, they're quite fragile. also, i hear giving birth is painful

I heard it's either giving birth or passing a kidney stone.

Breaking your chin clean in half. I went from having a smooth chin to a cleft chin in a short moment.

Of course people would choose E. I shouldn't be surprised by this.

I'm surprised more people didn't choose broken bone.

A pain that never goes away.

I had a kidney stone a few years ago, and GOD DAMN was it painful. Nothing else I've experienced has even come close to that.

Ear pain because it can effect everywhere else.

I can't imagine a horrible compound fracture. 
 
Or maybe grabbing your heel and pulling it off. (like pulling down and peeling it off.

Kidney stones or childbirth.

Knee pain... for me at least, some one that had a fucked up knee for 16 months.

I find it funny that giving birth is not there. Because that is the craziest pain you could feel, you'd have to be a lady of course... maybe if you had a baby inplanted in your balls, then pfft it out of your peen hole. That's close.... uh I'm a dude, so I wouldn't know about giving birth.

obviously not enough people on here have experienced an abscessed tooth before. once it kicks in and starts throbbing, its worse then getting kicked in the balls....its like if your balls were located in your head and Mike Tyson punched them repeatedly like a speed bag until you popped some perks and or went to the dentist and got root canal or had the fucker removed. 

When your pinky toe hits the door or a wall.
