What would happen if a GiantBomb editor would die?

Let's say Jeff would have an unfortunate accident. What would the others do? 
 
- Will there be a special edition Bombcast and how awkward would that be? 
- Will they do a crazy video montage? Will we see a collage of Jeff's best Giant Bomb moments? Will Ryan Davis cry? 
- Will the site still exist after that or will it be all downhill from there?
