My Little Pony isn't a meme, people are serious and passionate about it and not in an ironic way at all.
As for the meme I would say have annoyed me the most it has to be the "Arrow to the knee", it was a decent meme; but holy shi- that was way overused and got old fast.
The use of the word Epic and implying that "something was made for victory" I don't know if those classify as meme though if not then that stupid ass song Friday and the stupid piece of meat involved in that.

All of the internet shorthand that just immediately ends a discussion, instead of encouraging one. "no u", "u mad?", etc.
The intent of the response is to appear clever and flippant, but it's so goddamn formulaic that a complete retard could execute it properly. Anyone who uses those phrases should feel deep shame at their lack of wit, intelligence, and originality.

The thought of someone saying "failzors" in real life is like nails on a chalkboard to me.
Yeah, I'm really, really sick of the arrow to the knee joke at this point and Chuck Norris jokes seem pretty outdated. Fortunately there aren't too many people going on about Norris now, but it's out there. After a while I also get tired of people repeating the same meme out of context without any kind of twist on it. Just saying the words "It's over 9000" regardless of the situation does not constitute comedy. I guess some people just get way more into jokes than others.
Speaking of former adventurers taking arrows to the knee, I witnessed my first, "I used to be an adventurer like you, until I took an arrow to the knee," comment after about eight or nine hours in Skyrim. I expected to hear that a whole lot more than I have already, but I immediately cracked up.
I also immediately crack up whenever Jack (my lady psycho-Nord) executes somebody bare-handed by picking them up by their throat and slamming them on their fucking head. The animation for that is so incredibly goofy that I get a kick out of it every time it happens.
Everything related to Reddit, 9gag and Ebuam's Word. Thankfully, 4chan's "meme factory" is fading, and is becoming more and more of an intellectual place wherein people can discuss politics, media, technology, et certra.
it's amazing how "u mad bro?" is incredibly effective in irritating me. i'll go with that one because it's the most effective.

This, a million times this. Also, "Anime is for jerks" really makes my blood boil. I'm not even that big of an anime fan(I loooovee One Piece but not much else) but its so irritating to hear.
