25/25, no limits for ~$40 a month here in Denmark. Getting through my apartments provider called Dansk Kabel TV (Danish Cable TV). Used to pay $35 for a 12/1 from Fullrate.
Stuff like thepiratebay and grooveshark are blocked nationwide. Pretty easy to get around if you want to though.
