Who Does She Look Like? Help.

A couple of days ago I went out with a couple of friends, and we took pictures. And in one of the pictures, one of my friends looks like a video game character for whatever reason. I have been racking my brain trying to figure out who, from what, and which picture exactly, but I just can't remember/figure it out.
