whos awake? jus need quick answer.  does modern warfare 2 have local player1 versus player2?
 
if not modern warfare 2... then does killzone 2 have it? or resistance 2?

Yes it does.

I'm sure they do, but I'm not sure if it's as good as MW2's local multiplayer.  You can use your online level in split-screen, and use your online classes.  This is such a huge improvement over being forced to use the default classes, like in Call of Duty 4.
 
But maybe Killzone and resistance have similar features with local multiplayer?  No idea.

Resistance 2, had a cool feature of taking a local player online with you! 
You can do split screen co-op stuff locally, but it was kinda hard because you don't fill out all of the classes and you need them really.
