Would you rather be attacked by a horse sized duck or a dozen duck sized horses? (as heard on Tested PAXcast)

Dude, I've been bitten by duck sized ducks and they can pinch you pretty bad...if it was horse sized it could do some serious damage. Duck sized horses could be worse though because I can't imagine I'd be able to defend myself from their cuteness.

A duck the size of a horse would be a nigh unstoppable killing machine.  I'll take out the mini-horses.

Possibly the first time I have ever laughed out loud at a thread title. I also choose duck sized horses, they sounds cute, whereas a horse sized duck sounds horrifying.

Horse sized Duck. I just think we could become friends.

1. Horses are fuckin' strong, and have hooves.

2. Horses are smarter than ducks. I don't have a source to confirm this but it seems very likely.

3. A duck-size horse could get in through small spaces, making it harder to take shelter.

The answer seems obvious.

The duck would have a bill that could perform acts akin to a Mortal Kombat fatality.

I can kick a duck-sized horse and send it flying, which would be worth it in of itself.

Imagining the potential strength of that horse sized duck's beak bite is terrifying. I'll go with the duck sized horses.

Maybe if they didn't poop so much they wouldn't be duck sized.

I think you guys are underestimating the tenacity of multiple duck sized horses. I'll take on one bad mother horse sized duck than a horde of smaller horses.

I would rather fight the horse sized duck, but it would probably kill me, where as duck sized horse would just get kicked and stomped on. I would love to tame the duck.

Well, if you manage to defeat said horse-sized-duck, you could attempt to tame said horse-sized-duck for transportation uses.

Horse size duck, I could feed a family with some Peking duck.

Baby horses. You could just stand on a chair and they couldn't get to you.

A horse sized duck would make Rosie and Jim a very dfiferent show.

I suspect a horse-sized duck would not even be able to move, do to that frame not being able to to support that much body mass. Certainly would not be able to fly, and ducks are not too speedy at their current size.

A horse-sized duck would probably have some giant-ass drumsticks, so I'd think with my stomach and go for the more delicious option.
