I love both, but I would have to go with macaroni and cheese. It has to be homemade though. But I know a lot of people who don't like pasta or cheese. I feel it is a defining question of a person's character.

I used to love PB and J when I was a kid, but at some point my taste for it (and peanut butter in general) disappeared. I can't even smell peanut butter now without gagging, and I really have no idea why. Mac and Cheese is alright, although I prefer Hamburger Helper 3 Cheese Blend, white trash gourmet baby!

Macaroni cheese has to have brown sauce on it if you put it in a sandwich, that's the only way.  If i put noodles in a sandwich it has to be red sauce or chilli sauce.

Hahaha! I've never had hamburger helper. That is no lie. I've had sloppy joes/manwiches. Is that bad?

PB&J is okay but I feel pretty gross after about half a sandwich.  I could eat mac n' cheese all day.

Mac and Cheese all the way.

I picked c because joke answers make polls pointless, but had it not been there I would have picked Kraft Dinner. There are more things you can do with it to make it varied. You can add hamburger, hotdogs, ham, or you could even make it a casserole with breadcrumbs. PB&J would get old after awhile.

I can't really make this comparison.  The boxed mac and cheese with the fake cheese mix is awfully tasty, so I'd place it above PBJ in that regard, but it's also really bad for you; I can't compare it to PBJ as something I would actually choose to eat as a meal for sustenance because it's just junk food.

If we talk about real macaroni and cheese - cooked macaroni noodles with real cheese melted and mixed with milk and all that, where the cheese still has some curd to it and doesn't have as sharp of a cheese taste as the fake stuff - I still can't make the comparison because PBJ is pretty strictly lunch/snack material, and real macaroni and cheese is pretty strictly dinner/part-of-a-full-cooked-meal-on-a-plate material.

I add tuna and mayo to a bowl of easy mac. It is awesome. I just put the joke choice because some people haven't had either... and that is very very sad.

You just described my favorite mac and cheese meal... if you only add crackers on top.

I've only had store-bought mac & cheese, and although it seems good at the time, it's disgusting in large portions.

Both kinda suck. I guess the sandwich is the lesser of the two evils, but they're still gross.

FUCK KRAFT! NEVER FORGET THE DYNASTY THAT WAS AND ALWAYS WILL BE SMUCKER'S!

Seriously. As long as that PB&J is light on peanut butter, medium on jelly, and sandwiched between white bread, I can eat it all week.

Mac n cheese by itself is just boring, and Kraft mac n "cheese" is a crime against humanity, compared to some awesome dishes that contain the same ingredients (plus a couple extra).

For instance, if you take macaroni, cubed ham, cheese, peas, and bread crumbs, stick it all in the oven, and bake it, you have a week's worth of the most delicious casserole I've ever eaten (pretty much).
