I think I'd just see how it is now that it's done.

Scream really loud because that's gotta hurt like hell. 
Then I would just go with it and if I end up biting anyone I care about then meh, what would I care, I'm a zombie.

TOO MANY VARIABLES

If you are with a group you are trying to protect, use your redundant life to help keep them safe either by:

1. using yourself as bait
2. attempting dangerous scout/scavenger missions to bring them supplies
3. killing as many zombies as you can

If you are by yourself and have nobody left to protect then yeah, shoot yourself in the head. If you don't have a gun then get creative.

Of course I would cut off that limb that got bitten. If I was bitten elsewhere, I would just try to hang on as long as I could before ending my heroic tale with a shotgun.

I picked B, but in actuality, I would have one of my friends do the deed. I find suicide to be morally abhorrent and absolutely unforgivable, but if I'm already infected with the zombie virus, I couldn't consider a friend blowing my brains out to be murder.
