What do you think the fourth Saints Row game will be called?

Inspired by Mat Paget The Fourth!

It got me thinking... with the game's now sorta unconventional naming habits for the SR games, just what will they name the 4th? Will they carry on with the trend they've set? I mean The Fourth never did have the same feeling of class and style that The Third does, which is clearly why they chose to name it that way I imagine. But going back to Saints Row 4 would be kind of a cop out.

Out of the ones (and fourths... *gag*) I've suggested, I really like S4int's Row because of how I could totally imagine they naming it that. Just to rip the piss out the ugly laziness that those title conventions incorporates; I can also envision Jeff just bursting into a massive lol too if that ever came to pass. But there's still the possibility that games have already moved on from that tradition; you certainly don't see many games naming them that way anymore, besides F3AR, and it could just make it look more so ''embarrassing funny'' than ''clever, witty funny'', as Volition try to snatch some laughs from a trend long dead.

Saints Row IV is another one I like, but yeah... that won't happen. Even though they did not-so-subtly dig into GTAIV with their SR2 trailer, I think they've moved on from that sorta stuff. But yeah, I don't have any other ''genuine'' suggestions besides the most basic. There's still of course the idea that The Saints will still be residing in Steelport come the sequel, which'll kinda make the title of Saints Row sound a little obsolete. That is of course if they don't decide to allow you to travel between the two, hence the Steelport related names.

Now it's not like they'll need to move on from their current naming convention after all, but it's one aspect I'm curious to see play out all the same.

Though it would arguably be too similar to Grand Theft Auto IV, I think they will call it Saints Row IV. Saints Row: The Fourth and Saints Row 4 are also good.

They named one game something slightly different and now it seems like they're obligated to name them all different.

I hope not, the Fast and the Furious series has gotten ever more ludicrous names as the series has gone on with the exception of Tokyo Drift. I don't want to see this series get "F.3.A.R'd" unnecessarily.

Definitely the best so far. Also I never said they were ''obligated'', but if they're going to name their third game The Third, after numbering the first two under the usual conventions, then I think it's safe to assume they may pull something for the fourth one. I could have created this poll just with Saints Row 4 v Saints Row The Fourth, but I added all the other crap to start up everyones engines for making up stupid sequel names.

The running joke through the entire game will be alluding to all this amazing stuff that happens in four. Then to really fuck with everyone they never go back to four. They just keep numbering on from there as a giant meta fuck you.
