They sure do seem to have a lot of "ultimate" sales. Thanks for the heads up, I'll probably be getting Rock Band Blitz and maybe Dante's Inferno (for $3.75 I think it's probably worth a shot).

Ya'll should get Driver San Fransisco if you want to experience one of the best driving games of the last gen. It plays great, the driving is fluid, the city looks great, the cars look great (cockpit view and all), the game runs at 60, the story is pretty silly in a good way, the car-switching is a superb mechanic and there's good side-content. Seriously cop it if you haven't yet.

Is Dante's Inferno half-decent? It's been on my radar for a while but I'm kind of debating getting that or Lords of Shadow (just to see if I'd want to play Lords of Shadow 2 in the near future).

Is this US only or something? I'm not seeing anything about it on my xbox

I'm in Europe, and while there isn't anything on the Xbox about it, the games are discounted here too.

Garbage sale imo. Games like Dante's Inferno are ~3 years old and were mediocre for their time.

If Asura's Wrath, Driver San Fran or Dirt 3 are cheap enough I might pick them up. Although I rarely turn on my 360 anymore so...*shrugs*

I've always found sales behind Gold a bit silly, I think PS+ does it better - We're having a sale and if you have Plus then its that bit cheaper but everyone gets access to the sale.

There's no specific 'ultimate sale' for us Euros, other than the usual whatever - RE: Revelations for £20, sale (!) I could buy it less on disc for that

Driver San Fran is £2.96

Asura's Wrath is £5.69

Dirt 3 is £3.99

Yeah if someone doesn't have Gold (ie me) they aren't gonna spend money getting Gold JUST to get those discounted games. It's a negative sum result. I now have Gold (which I obviously didn't need otherwise I'd have had it already) and MS just took ~$70 from me for Gold+that game.

In reality I just won't get these deals. Good thing it's a crap sale anyway.

Well, I'll be damned these are actually some decent discounts. Although I don't have gold anymore else I might have finally got into Asura's Wrath. I still need to play that.

I picked up Guardians of Middle Earth because it's $1.04, that's cheap. Hope there's still someone still left to play with. Otherwise I think I'm good.

Is Dirt 3 supposed to be any good?

I just got Dust and The Cave. RDR is tempting...

I finally caved and bought Sonic Generations... I've wanted that game for a long time now and at $7.50 it was too hard to pass up.

And goddammit, my 360 hard drive is full and I'm running out of shit to delete.
