20 years of the Xbox brand

The official Xbox Youtube channel just released their 20th anniversary video of this console brand.

My fond memories with this brand:

I remembered that when I first saw the original Project Gotham Racing, this made me fell in love with the Xbox console, and I had a lot of fun playing with the demo in the stores, then in the early 2010's I finally got my Xbox 360 along with Forza Motorsport 3 which I was so addicted to it.

I like how on point you are with your username in every post.

Man you like racing games.

Because race cars, rally cars and sports cars are my passion while racing is my personal favorite genre, the other genres I would like to play are rhythm, shoot em up, first-person shooters, and RPGs but I'm a casual gamer though.

Halo is my favorite 1st party shooter game IP.

I always had that feeling that Xbox is never going to be huge as PS consoles. Still i don't.

Well, Xbox's official date of birth is November 15th, 2001.

In this official video, I don't get why Xbox refuses to show up Project Gotham Racing.

I remember thinking that Microsoft is the most boring company on the planet and the name Xbox is dumb. Well, I still think those things, but the Xbox division does a pretty good job of distancing itself from Microsoft and the name has stuck around long enough that you don't think about it any more. The original Xbox basically being a PC in a box turned out to be the direction the industry was going anyway and it worked out fine.

@gtxforza: Probably because it's no longer a brand that they use. Halo, Forza, Minecraft & Gears are featured the most prominently because these are still ongoing concerns.
