I have question for any one who has played this game. Has anyone unlocked every single card in this game or got their deck leader to a SD rank, or did you have to use a cheat device to do complete the said things?
I know this was 11 years ago, but i can shed some light. You cant actually unlock every single card in this game, some you can acquire using codes, secrets, the slot machine mechanic, and the normal gameplay loop. But they made a few cards unobtainable to you regardless if the enemy player uses them.
As for getting your deck leader to SD (Secretary of Defense) rank, I personally have not. It would take several hundreds of hours to level a single card to that rank, and unless you are a completionist or something you would absolutely be wasting your time because the benefits aren't that substantial. There are some guides out there on YouTube like "Clovis" who shows how to level up as fast as possible, but again, I'm not sure who would actually take the time to do this.
