Forza Horizon 3 sets the bar sky-high.. 0
There is a good argument that Forza Horizon 2 is the greatest racing game ever made. Or, should I say....there was. Playground Games has managed to improve upon a nearly-perfect thing. Obviously the two games are very different, each having their own outstanding qualities, but BP placed the bar quite high back in 2008. I really enjoyed the first Horizon but, like most other racing fans, found Horizon 2's appeal ...
