I want to get this game and I heard about the Ultimate Collection which features all the DLC plus some new features, but if I search on Amazon it doesn't exist and all places all say a release date of Oct. 26, but I can't see it in any online stores anywhere. Did this in fact come out on the 26th?

I picked it up just 2 days ago, its worth it for the price if you missed the DLC, the new cars are pretty sweet too, i particularly love the classic hemi.
