Fox Sports College Hoops '99 gives players a unique TV setup to give players a more realistic feel. The player can choose any two teams to play against in an exhibition. Players can also play a season, which he/her plays as a manager. Multiplayer can have up to two players competing against one another. Seasons contain all college tournaments, and up to 3o players per team.
