    Think back about 2 years, remember the release of what I regard as one of the best 4X TBS, or maybe even one of the best games of all time. Galactic Civilizations 2: Dread Lords. It was the game from StarDock that came before the Sins of a Solar Empire. Essentially it was pure awesomeness. It was great because every game you played was unique. Every game had different villains, heroes and events. I guess the main feature was the amazing ship designer, since you were always coming back to it. Ev...
